Manager – Channel Marketing

Location : Corporate Office

5 - 7 years in channel/trade marketing.

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives across channels (Bank of Baroda, Union

Bank, Agency, RRBs, CSC, Direct & Digital), ensuring impactful product launches, effective sales enablement, and

high-quality production delivery.

Strategic & Planning

 Create and implement annual/quarterly channel marketing calendars aligned with business goals.

 Drive marketing campaigns in collaboration with Distribution Heads, KAMs, and Partner teams.

 Review campaign performance monthly and recommend necessary optimizations.

 Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches.

Creative & Communication

 Develop effective marketing collaterals (sales tools, contests, AVs, launch decks).

 Ensure adherence to brand and IRDAI guidelines.

 Translate product features into easy, persuasive communication.

 Manage briefs from sales teams for new/existing products or relationships.

Execution & Production





 Execute all marketing initiatives as per the calendar.

 Deliver collaterals to sales teams on time.

 Plan and run co-branded campaigns with bank partners.

 Oversee production of collaterals, mementoes, event branding, etc.

 Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

 MBA in Marketing or related field
