Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing high-performance, low-latency applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in up-to-date C++, multithreading, networking, and performance optimization, preferably within algorithmic trading, capital markets, or financial services environments.

You will be responsible for building scalable, reliable, and low-latency trading systems while collaborating closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.
- Develop low-latency trading platforms, market data, and order management components.




- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and CPU utilization.
- Implement multithreaded, concurrent, and event-driven applications.
- Work on network programming using TCP/IP and high-performance messaging frameworks.
- Develop robust and scalable algorithms for trading and market connectivity.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, quantitative analysts, and DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high code quality through best engineering practices and automated testing.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
- Strong knowledge of C++11/14/17/20.
- STL, Templates, Smart Pointers, RAII.
- Multithreading and Concurrent Programming.
- Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
- Data Structures and Algorithm
