Position: Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Locations: Gurugram, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bhopal

Monthly Rate: 1.50 LPM

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows/Jobs Orchestration)
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Lakehouse Architecture (Bronze, Silver & Gold layers)
- Databricks Lakeflow (Declarative Pipelines, Lakeflow Connect, CDC, Data Quality Validations)
- AI/BI & Genie (Semantic Layers, Certified Datasets, Self-Service Analytics)
- AI Engineering (LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents/Copilots)
- Unity Catalog Governance (Access Control, Data Masking, Audit Logging, Lineage)
- DevOps (Git, CI/CD, Databricks Repos, Asset Bundles)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop,



and support enterprise-scale data pipelines using Databricks.
- Build and maintain Delta Tables under Unity Catalog.
- Develop Lakeflow pipelines with incremental processing and CDC.
- Enable AI/BI capabilities using Semantic Models and Genie Spaces.
- Integrate SharePoint and other enterprise data sources into the Lakehouse.
- Ensure data quality, governance, platform performance, and operational reliability.
- Work independently to resolve technical challenges.

Important Screening Notes
- Strong hands-on Databricks experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have real project experience with:
- Lakehouse Architecture
- Unity Catalog
- Databricks Lakeflow
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics, RAG solutions, LLMs, or AI Agents/Copilots will be highly preferred.
