We are seeking a motivated individual to join the financial accounting & reporting team to support and contribute to the management, reporting and driving process excellence agenda for the MUFG’s bank and Securities Americas Finance.



This includes completion of financial statements ensuring to be most accurate, complete and timely. The candidate needs to develop, implement, and manage robust compliance processes and look for efficiency opportunities within MGS bank and Securities finance ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives, driving cost efficiencies, and mitigating risks across all MGS Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial reporting, process excellence and governance frameworks.

The job responsibilities include:
- Provide expert advice for process excellence against all Americas finance streams (FP&A;, Financial Accounting and reporting, Account Payable, Regulatory Reporting, SOX, Tax Product Control, Budgeting).
- Process Improvement and creating efficiency: Optimize financial tools and processes post-migration to drive automation and efficiency within the captive. Align similar nature process
