Experience - *Any Graduation degree

Job Location – *Dehradun

Job Role :-

Troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues in Ubuntu and Windows platform.

Handling and solving Classquery.jar

Monitor, Follow-ups, Fixing of technical snags reported from field.

Coordination with Installation, Stores and Field staff in getting right information, replacements, repairs, logistics till fixing of equipment problems.

Providing work related flow charts and presentations to the client and Management as per requirement and submission of Daily, Bi-monthly and Monthly and other periodical reports.

Regular and periodical meeting with internal departments and Management.

Field level Testing of Software's developed by Software team and find out the bugs and report the same to the concerned for improvement.

Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility of working well as part of a team and independently.
