Your Role
- Translating business objectives into baselined plans with identified milestones,



working with functional leads across departments to co-ordinate resources and keep plans up to date.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align direction and delivery milestones.
- Own execution of assigned projects, ensuring keeping to time, cost and quality requirements and additionally managing scope and other changes through appropriate control measures.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and regulatory standards within medical device industry and align with organisational objectives.
- Lead the projects you own by setting priorities, removing blockers and coaching others to deliver without direct line management authority.
- Identifying and supporting with potential risks and issues that could impact the project and make risk management a proactive exercise of cross-functional teams.
