Job Summary
Join our Equinix Corporate Controlling team and step into a agile role as a Senior Accountant (Statutory Reporting). The Statutory Reporting team plays a vital role in overseeing statutory reporting, external audit management, and financial control activities related to tax, treasury, and legal transactions.

As a Senior Accountant on this team,



you will be at the forefront of managing statutory accounting and reporting for our legal entities across APAC. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the statutory accounts preparation process, overseeing local statutory audits for a portfolio of Equinix APAC legal entities, and ensuring rigorous adherence to control fundamentals that safeguard our organization's financial posture.

Responsibilities
- Craft Precision: Prepare meticulous financial statements, complete with comprehensive notes, designed to meet statutory filing requirements in compliance with various GAAP regulations
- Navigate Complexity: Manage reorganization, M&A;, and Legal Entity formation transactions in accordance with local GAAP requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency with local procedures
- Bridging Expertise: Review the US GAAP to Local GAAP bridges provided by GL, Revenue, Leasing, and FA teams, offering valuable insights and guidance in line with local GAAP procedures
