· Role Overview

· The Microsoft Project Operations Business Process Specialist is responsible for optimizing, implementing, and supporting business processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations environment. This specialist acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that project management, resource allocation, financial tracking, and operational workflows are streamlined and aligned with organizational goals.

· Key Responsibilities

· Work with the Business Analyst to analyze, design, and document business processes related to project management, resource scheduling, project accounting, time tracking, subcontracting, and material usage within Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

· Support the implementation of process improvements, change management initiatives, and system enhancements to drive operational excellence





· Provide technical support and training to end-users, develop training materials, and ensure adoption of new processes and tools

· Facilitate risk identification and management sessions, maintain risk registers, and ensure quality assurance in process execution

· Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions and alignment with business objectives

· Stay updated on current features and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and related technologies, recommending enhancements to improve business outcomes
