As we deliver our ambitious
2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Applications Scientist to lead Product Validation & Claims Substantiation lab. The incumbent will provide
technical services to customers, Troubleshooting & providing solutions on
Customer’s formulation using our Actives with the help of data generation.

- PG in Cosmetic engineering or related field
- Proven expertise in claims substantiation, with strong exposure to customer-facing roles including technical discussions, training sessions, and project support.
- Claims Substantiation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and executing claims studies, with hands‑on proficiency in evaluating parameters such as Hair Shine, Tensile Strength etc
- Proven experience and understanding of Hair Care & Skin Care ingredients, predominantly for Hair growth, colour, greying, Skin Barrier repair,anti-ageing etc.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills to be able to represent Croda.
- Works well in a team and interact effectively with others.
- Familiarity with Hair care & skin care applications and instruments used in the laboratory.
