Job Summary:

We are seeking a an experienced Workiva Solutions Specialist to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and supporting Workiva solutions, particularly WDesk and Wdata. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of Workiva solutions (WDesk and WData) for [specific project needs, e.g., financial reporting, regulatory filings].
- Develop and maintain Workiva scripts to automate data processes and reporting.
- Configure Workiva business style guides to ensure consistent formatting and reporting.




- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workiva functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of Workiva accelerators and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Workiva Wdata queries and Chains configuration.
- Experience leading teams on Workiva implementation projects
