We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building and executing high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels while closely tracking performance metrics.
You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of digital marketing, from content and social media to paid campaigns and analytics, driving brand visibility and lead generation for TKCS and its in-house projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Manage SEO/SEM, website content, and analytics to improve visibility and ranking.
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media, blogs, and newsletters aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute email marketing, remarketing, and drip campaigns to nurture leads.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion, ROI), and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, and leadership) to ensure marketing alignment across initiatives.
- Manage and grow organic and paid reach, ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Stay updated with digital trends, automation tools, and new marketing technologies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign success.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and automation tool Zoho Marketing.
- Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize performance continuously.
