Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more

than 8-10) · Proven experience as a senior Java Developer.on struts framework · Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). · Experience with back-end technologies (Java, struts, springboot etc) · Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, PL/SQL)

Valuable-to-Have Good to have the knowledge on the struts upgrade or springboot migration, should know the customer interaction, agile way of working etc.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

· Associate should have good understanding of Java, Struts, PL/SQL

· Should be quick learner and should be able leadgroom the team

· Should be able to manage the team along with the deliveries.





· Should be able to work independently on the requirement

· Should have good communication skill.

· Should be able to understand the customer requirements and able to build solutions.

· Should be able to work on the POCs and handle the Audit controls

· Should have Good Technical skills

· Good business analytical skills

· Customer evaluation is mandate

· Should be willing to work from Bangalore location(ITPL, pioneer Building), offshore only
