This position is suited for professionals with foundational experience in transfer agency operations, looking to further develop their expertise and contribute to the smooth processing and administration of investor transactions.

What you will be responsible for:
As Associate 2 you will:
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for investors, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Client Servicing: Respond promptly and professionally to client, investor, and intermediary queries via email, phone, or written correspondence,



maintaining a high standard of service.
- Data Management: Maintain and update investor records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting fund accounting and compliance teams as needed.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance: Assist with client due diligence, document verification, and transaction monitoring in line with AML regulations and company policies.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of processed transactions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for operational efficiency, support system enhancements, and participate in team projects as required.
