At QAD, we are building intelligent, adaptive platforms that redefine manufacturing and supply chains. As Director of Engineering,
you will lead the engineering organization responsible for helping QAD customers move to Adaptive while systematically reducing the complexity of implementations, upgrades, and customer change. You will own the foundational capabilities upon which our ERP applications are built as well as our AI-driven transformation tooling designed to analyze, simplify, and accelerate customers' transition to Adaptive.
This role combines engineering leadership, technical depth, product thinking, and transformation. You will lead multiple teams and managers, work across internal and partner engineering organizations, and help define how AI can fundamentally change the way complex enterprise software is analyzed, modernized, and transformed.
