Level - 11 - 11 BDC7C Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve managing Microsoft Windows desktop management and providing application/cloud support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide application/cloud support and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Manage Microsoft Windows desktop management and ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of services. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, and maintain system documentation. Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Windows desktop management.



- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in providing application/cloud support and managing delivery for production systems and services. - Strong understanding of security policies and procedures. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows desktop management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
