ServiceNow IRM – Senior Developer

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions with strong hands‑on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM).
- Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer flows.
- Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows.
- Integrate IRM with CMDB, SecOps, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools, and data sources.
- Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
- Support upgrades, patching, and regression testing across ServiceNow releases.




- Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8+ years on ServiceNow platform, 2+ years on IRM/GRC.
- Solid JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS-IRM
- IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an advantage
