Synopsis of role accountabilities:
General Role Expectations
- Operate successfully in an uncertain environment. We are building cutting-edge technological solutions to real world problems, with no ‘best practice’ solutions. You’ll need to know how to push through this uncertainty and be able to revisit decisions if and when they reach their limits.
- Take full ownership of the problem - aggressively identify blockers and missing pieces and can be trusted to see it through to completion.
- Customer-centric - able to see the problem through the eyes of a front line worker and deliver a system that is straightforward to use.
- Hands-on - must be in a hands-on software development role currently and able to hit the ground running on day one.
- Able to communicate well with the rest of the team through clearly implemented code contributions, with well described pull requests
- Reviewing others contributions through pull requests and code walkthroughs
