In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives,



driving long-term growth, retention, and customer success.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to deal closure, delivery oversight, and post-implementation support.
- Drive account growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting current business opportunities while expanding existing engagements into larger scopes and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to develop tailored solutions that address customer requirements and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Own account performance, including revenue growth, renewal retention, profitability (P&L;), customer satisfaction, and overall account health.
