Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic professional for the Agency Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive life insurance sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors / Agents.

Train and motivate advisors to generate life insurance business.

-
Support advisors in client meetings and policy closures.

-
Develop and maintain a strong distribution network of agents.

-
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through the advisor team.

-
Conduct training sessions and sales meetings with advisors.

-
Monitor advisor performance and provide guidance for improvement.

-
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.

Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.





Eligibility Criteria

-
Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–5 years in sales (Insurance / Banking / NBFC / FMCG preferred/ Real estate).

Experience in team handling or advisor recruitment is preferred.
