We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager – Roadside Assistance (RSA) to oversee automotive sales, vendor partnerships, and service delivery operations across an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in automotive sales, regional operations, roadside assistance, or a related automotive services environment.

This role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and expanding vendor partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Regional Manager will work closely with internal teams, automotive dealerships, service partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless RSA operations and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities





Drive automotive sales and business development initiatives across the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, OEMs, fleet operators, insurance partners, and other relevant business stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional customer and partner network.
Manage existing vendor partners, including onboarding, performance monitoring, commercial discussions, and relationship management.
Establish explicit performance expectations and service-level standards for RSA vendors and ensure consistent adherence.
Monitor vendor performance against KPIs such as response time, service quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure effective RSA service coverage and availability across the region.
