Role Overview

Futurism Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Market Research
Manager to support our ITS Sales and Digital Marketing teams with accurate,
actionable, and high-quality market intelligence. The ideal candidate will play
a critical role in identifying target accounts, validating prospect data,
segmenting industries, and providing actionable insights to fuel cold calling,
email marketing campaigns, and trade show engagements across US, Europe, and
UAE.

This role requires a qualified with strong research expertise, data-driven
mindset, and the ability to align insights with B2B technology sales and
marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)

* Build and maintain target account and contact databases (CxOs, IT
decision-makers, procurement heads, etc.) for ITS sales team.




* Research and validate prospect lists with accurate company details,
decision-maker contacts, industry information, and technology adoption levels.
* Identify buying signals, pain points, and key decision influencers within
targeted accounts.
* Collaborate with Sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
and prioritize target segments.Digital Marketing Support (Email Campaigns)

* Provide segmented and validated email lists to the Digital Marketing team
for lead nurturing campaigns.
* Track industry trends, competitive intelligence, and digital footprint of
target organizations to enhance personalization in email outreach.
* Collaborate with marketing to test and refine audience segments for higher
engagement and conversion.
* Deliver insights on email campaign performance and recommend database
