About the Role:

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers,



and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Drive Totaline sales and business growth across Bangalore and the Karnataka market.
- Develop and manage strong business relationships with SPDs, Turnkey Contractors (TKOs), and competitive dealers to drive new business opportunities and strengthen Totaline’s market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and margin targets.
- Promote and develop Totaline’s non-traditional product portfolio, including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers and Air-Side Accessories, beyond the typical trade product range.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches and customer requirements.
