Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead for App Development to join our agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the design and implementation of our mobile and web applications, and ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing for maximum usability. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for setting a high standard of code quality and performance, and will play a key role in driving our strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and implementation of project solutions in Blueprism UiPath.

· Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.

· Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.

· Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Blueprism UiPath, exp in BOT Automation, migration Exp,





· Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and project management

· Excellent understanding of coding languages (Java, JavaScript, C++)

· The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

· Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks

· Knowledge of test-driven development

· Understanding of DevOps principles and tools

· Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

· Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

· Knowledge of mobile app development (iOS, Android)

· Understanding of UI/UX principles

· Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)

· Strong problem-solving skill
