Role: Technical Lead

Location: Anywhere in India (preferably Navi Mumbai / Pune). WFH as per the policy.
- Type: Subcon (Contract to hire within 6 months)

Responsibilities:

· Manage the technical aspects of the end to end solution design, development and support.

· Perform in technical assessments, provide technical point of view, drive POCs and pilots. Work on cost-benefit analysis, RFPs responses and solutioning.

· Drive design and high level solutioning of the requirements.

· Weekly initiatives status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining initiatives costs & profitability.

· Liaising with the vendor partners, understand their capabilities and propose suitable solutions for our problems.

· Manage all technical aspects of the deliverables.

· Manage technical proposals, estimation, analysis & req gathering etc.

· Monitor and guide design implementation.

Mandatory exp/skills:

· Hands on exp. of designing and implementing technical solutions.



Managing end to end project as a Technical Lead or Technical project manager for the team size of 10-15 members. (3+ yrs)

· Hands on exp. of creating/maintaining architectural documentation and tech specs. (4+ yrs)

· Exp. in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects (RPA-UiPath), legacy modernization etc. (2+ years)

· Exp. in handling direct customer &/ product owner &/ partner - communication. (5+ yrs)

· Exp. in SCRUM set up, aware about the ceremonies.

· Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.

· Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.

· Very positive interpersonal skills, team management and leadership skills.

Nice to have exp/skills:

· Exp. of handling SA customers.

· Working experience as a scrum master & aware about SAFe.

· Hands on exp as a Technical Analyst.
