Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Field Engineers across Presales and Professional Services, supporting team members from graduate through senior levels.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand and adopt relevant IoT, Linux, embedded, and connected-device technologies.
- Support the team in solving complex customer challenges through solution architecture, technical design, and delivery expertise.
- Coach and mentor engineers, provide meaningful career-development feedback, and help team members strengthen their technical and skilled capabilities.
