n Office Location: 8 Camac Street, Kolkata

n Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria n

- Pursuing CS Inter n
- 1–2 years of experience in a CS Firmn
- Valuable knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA Compliances
n

Key Responsibilities n

- Filing and handling of all ROC Formsn
- Drafting of Board Meeting Notices, Agendas and Minutesn




- Drafting and documentation of Committee Meetingsn
- CCPS Allotment and related compliancesn
- Incorporation of Companies and LLPsn
- Conversion of Companies and LLPsn
- Filing and management of Charge Formsn
- Preparation of Directors' Reportn
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Recordsn
- ISIN Activation and Dematerialisation of Sharesn
- Share Transfer, Transmission and related compliancesn
- Company Strike-Off Mattersn
- Annual ROC Compliancesn
- Liaison with MCA, RTA and other regulatory authoritiesn
