About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant who has strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations (Studio / PECI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and functional configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

Support and build Workday integrations, including Studio and PECI.

Perform end-to-end testing,



troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Responsible for configuration, change requests, enhancements, and production support.

Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration flows.

Collaborate with global teams working in PST time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.

Strong functional Experience of Benefits and Compensation modules.

experience in Workday Integrations — Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Robust analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

Must be comfortable working PST shift (6 PM – 2 AM IST
