The AFM is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day Hygiene Management for assigned property/facility and support the India Operations Manager by being the in office key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. He will make sure end-to-end cleaning of all areas within the facility as per schedule and ensure he provide hygiene environment at client facilities. Customer Service is a key part to ensure our business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
- Hygiene Management
- Workspaces and Conference Rooms
- Breakout / Cafeteria cleanliness/Dishwash
- Common area cleanliness
- Daily / weekly/ monthly/ 52week checklist cleaning mechanisms
- Ensure routine update in cleaning App on timely basis
- Report Management
- Maintain all checklists for audit purpose
- Maintain all documents for audit purpose
- Suggest / Recommend changes or inputs required to enhance / optimize process
- Ensure routine update of database for future reference
- Stock Management
- Maintain all cleaning agents and toiletries appropriately
- Maintain all PPE’s appropriately
- Manage Minimum Order Quantity and Reorder Quantity on timely basis
- Ensure sufficient stock of all HK related materials for specific site/city at any point of time
- Team Management
- Manage agreed manpower count as per PO
- Ensure quick backfilling of open positions
- Ensure Team Morale is high always
