Your Role

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead BIM Architect / Architectural Revit User (Contract role - 1 yr)
- Technically supervising Architectural CAD/BIM Technicians and Modelers.
- Managing architectural BIM work packages with minimal supervision.




- Coordinating architectural models with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design disciplines.

Technical Competencies
- Responsible for completion of assigned architectural BIM tasks and deliverables.
- Capable of independently producing and managing Architectural Revit models in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong working experience in architectural design documentation, construction drawings, and BIM workflows.
- Ability to independently develop General Arrangement Drawings, Plans, Elevations, Sections, Schedules, and Detailed Architectural Drawings.
- Proficient in Revit Family creation, template management, and BIM content development.
- Experienced in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model validation using Autodesk Navisworks and related platforms.
- Working knowledge of international architectural standards, codes, and project requirements.
