- Business Analyst with clinical trial experience – 5 positions – 8+ yrs exp. – Bangalore only
- Work with clinical teams (sponsors, CROs, sites) to document business needs for clinical trial systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, ePRO, RTSM)
- Analyze and improve trial operations (patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring)
- Ensure systems comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Define requirements for clinical data pipelines (e.g., SDTM, CDISC standards)
- Develop dashboards (via Power BI, Tableau) for trial performance metrics
- Understanding of Clinical trial phases (I-IV), protocols, eCRF design, and clinical data flow
