Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director with a strong focus on Zoho implementation, solution architecture, presales, and team leading. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Gurugram and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of Zoho suite in our organization.

2. Develop and implement solution architectures that align with our business needs.

3. Assist with presales activities, including identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, and closing sales.

4. Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient operation and the completion of projects on time.

5. Collaborate with other directors and managers to ensure overall company goals are met.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Zoho suite and incorporate recent features as necessary.





Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in Zoho implementation.

2. Strong knowledge of solution architecture.

3. Experience in presales and team leading.

4. Excellent understanding of the Zoho suite.

5. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 15 years of relevant experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. (preferred)

3. Zoho suite related certifications would be an added advantage.
