Description
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for contract execution.
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and contractual notices.
- Verify measurements, bills, invoices, and payment certifications against contract terms.
- Maintain contract records, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Lead surveying and geological activities across infrastructure and civil construction projects.
- Plan and supervise topographical, alignment, setting-out, and as-built surveys.
- Manage geological investigations, site characterization, soil/rock assessments, and geotechnical inputs.
- Review survey data, geological reports, drawings, maps, and technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with civil, design, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams.
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 years in industrial projects, with robust expertise in contract management, and technical reporting.
