10+ yrs in the IT industry as an Insurance Business Analyst

· 10+ in the Insurance vertical

· 8+ as an Insurance BA in P&C; domain. Knowledge of commercial insurance , preferably motor fleet placement

· 6+ in Agile development and handling business requirements and user stories as an independent BA Experience in agile methodologies, ADO

· Develop user stories for specific solution features

· Work with Product Owner to help prioritize and sequence phases of the program roadmap

· Solicit business input to iteratively refine project scope to effectively deliver desired business value within aggressive program timelines
