The Manager, Technical Product Management (Security and Audit Manager) owns end-to-end technology product delivery, specifically overseeing security, access, and compliance for critical HR systems. To be successful, the TPM must deeply understand business goals and regulatory challenges,



applying deep domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure secure, efficient, and optimal solutions are delivered. You will be responsible for leading the design, modification, and auditing of Role Based Permissions (RBP) and maintaining a compliant environment across the global landscape.

Duties
- Product Strategy and Roadmap Definition: Manages and supports the security and audit technology product strategy. Works with business partners to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors security in alignment with compliance goals and business needs.
- Security & RBP Management: Lead the support, design, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Security and Role Based Permissions (RBP) across McDonald's global HR systems.
- Audit & Compliance: Design, execute, and monitor SOX IT Change Controls. Conduct regular User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews to ensure str
