- Lead the development and deployment of RPA bots across platforms.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimisation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers.
- Maintain documentation and support change management processes.
- Proven experience as an RPA Architect or Senior RPA Developer.
- Hands-on expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
- At least 10 years of experience in UiPath.
- Robust understanding of process design, workflow automation, and integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
