Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with at least 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using C#, C++, Angular, .NET, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with hands-on experience building scalable front-end applications, robust backend services, reusable APIs, and high-performance components. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Practical experience using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Prompt engineering skills for writing clear prompts and validating AI-generated outputs.
Responsible use of AI across the SDLC for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting while maintaining security and compliance.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS,



and modern front-end engineering practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with Angular front-end components.
- Understand and be able to explain practices (such as refactoring, TDD and pair programming) and their perks so that the team consistently works together with a deep understanding. Adhere to accepted best practices of SDLC (I.e. unit testing, CI/CD, etc.) and act on the principles of Agile/Scrum within the team
- Independently translate product requirements into scoped engineering efforts; Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
