The Affluent Propositions Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing products and services targeted at affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) customers. This role involves designing a compelling value proposition, driving customer acquisition and engagement strategies, and ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall wealth management and retail banking objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Proposition Development:
- Develop and implement a competitive and differentiated affluent banking proposition.
- Design exclusive banking advantages, personalized wealth management solutions, and premium customer experiences.
- Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, and digital teams) to ensure seamless execution.

Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Enhance the customer journey for affluent clients through superior service, digital solutions, and concierge offerings.




- Identify customer needs through research and insights to develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and wealth advisors to optimize service delivery.

Product & Service Innovation:
- Drive innovation in banking products such as premium accounts, investment solutions, credit cards, and lending options tailored for affluent clients.
- Leverage digital platforms and fintech partnerships to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all proposition designs and offerings.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Work with sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting the affluent segment.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure market-leading positioning.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to affluent banking growth and customer engagemen
