Required Skills

· Robust understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of CRM business processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer engagement.
· Experience with automated testing tools.
