• Responsible for keeping resource management data (Demand and Supply) up to date in systems and providing MIS reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordination with project managers and operations for resource allocations.
• Take ownership in following up with consultants on compliance with processes such as time entry etc.
• Support on recruitment / hiring.
• Basic Excel Knowledge
• Coordinate the Resource scheduling activities in Consulting organisation
• · Assign consultants (Employee & Subco) to Consulting projects, balancing the needs of project with the skills, availability, and development needs of the consultant
