Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Procurement
- Coordinate with vendors for RFQs, quotations, purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times and other commercial conditions.
- Develop and maintain the vendor database and supplier performance records.
- Resolve vendor-related delivery, quality and quantity discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimisation.
- Develop relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.
Purchase Planning & Order Management
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP based on BOM and materia
