✅ Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 24 months of team handling experience in Call Center Services, Service Assurance, or Ticketing Process
- Solid people management and coaching skills




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of networking concepts and devices:
- Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Firewalls
- BGP and Routing Protocols
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

⭐ Good to Have
- CCNA Certification (Valid Cisco ID)
- Understanding of commercial elements in Classic/BFG environments
- Knowledge of POP structure, routing, and switching
