This role is responsible for leading material planning, transfer programs and New Product Introduction (NPI) execution activities to ensure uninterrupted material availability and successful business outcomes. This position requires robust expertise in direct material planning, procurement, supplier management and ERP systems, along with a strong Lean mindset to drive operational excellence across warehouse, inventory and material-handling processes.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee master planning, material processes, and systems: Prepare and update production/Transfer program schedules and purchasing needs.



Ensure operational alignment with the production plan/Transfer program plan and key performance indicators (KPIs). Optimize inventory and drive process improvements.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge in a technical discipline: Leverage prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement planning automation.
- Understand key business drivers: Use this understanding to effectively accomplish tasks. Recognize how your team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader area. Coordinate NPI Daily Management System (DMS) reviews and drive closure of material-related actions, risks and dependencies.
- Exercise judgment and propose innovative solutions: With guidance, offer different solutions outside of established parameters. Utilize prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Access technical skills and analytical thinking to address problems. Collaborate with multiple internal sources outside of your team to make informed decisions.
