Role
The Expert Programs Senior Delivery Manager owns the coordination and management of the Certified Architect programs. Expert Programs Delivery Managers take a vested interest in the qualified growth and success of each member of their Architect program cohort by ensuring a world-class learning experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the architect persona. Delivery Managers use their experience and expertise to guide learners to discover creative and scalable solutions that achieve superior outcomes. This requires professionals who are agile, creative, have exceptional organizational and program management skills, and who demonstrate confidence and command engagement.

What you get to do in this role:
· Serve as the Delivery Manager for Expert Programs, primarily for the Certified Master Architect program, and potentially for other architect programs which includes, but is not limited to:
· Assessing and approving program candidates
· Managing participation and student progress
· Leading or directing discussions towards program objectives




· Evaluating student progress and providing effective coaching as needed
· Recruiting Final Board Exam or Capstone panelists/reviewers
· Reviewing final exam scores and feedback to ensure objectivity and behavioral focus suggested improvements
· Provide effective, objective, behavior-based coaching to expediate student growth
· Gather, assess and report on program metrics
· Identify opportunities for improvement and drive improvement initiatives to completion
· Ensure equity, fairness, and inclusivity for all programs

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
· 12+ years managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments; or equivalent education/experience
· 5+ years' experience across a variety of applications within the ServiceNow platform
· 3+ years' experience directly engaged in ServiceNow implementations
· Excellent project and program management and organizatio
