Accountabilities




- Design and implement complex web applications using established architectural approaches, engineering standards, and development best practices.
- Build and optimize high-performance applications across the frontend and backend, contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Apply appropriate API architectures and design patterns, including monolithic, microservices, and serverless approaches.
- Improve engineering and quality standards within the development team and help colleagues consistently adopt best practices.
- Create CI/CD pipelines using templates and established tooling, while collaborating with DevOps teams on more complex deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to application deployment and infrastructure configuration, including containerized environments and cloud-based solutions.
- Participate in technical hiring processes, including interviews and evaluation of engineering
