Complete all requests to terminate monitoring services for servers that are to be decommissioned. • Platform Operations o Provide audit compliance reports upon request by compliance team. Involves identifying source and performing query for required audit information. • Observability Tools: Admin knowledge on any of these below tools are preferred. o Ibm Tivoli o Tivoli Omnibus o Instana (IBM observability) o Dynatrace o Appdynamics o Splunk o OpenText tools ? / event management / event correlation / integrations / automation • OBM agent / real-time • OBM policies • OBM management pack o OpenText Operatoins Bridge (OBR) o OpenText APM foundation / reports o OpenText BPM / synthetics o OpenText Sitescope Splunk Support • Manage the Splunk Platform, the Forwarders • Manage intake into the Splunk Platform • Validate firewall change by reviewing the firewall logs in Splunk after firewall changes are implemented to enable recent log ingestions/ deployments. • Daily Splunk server patching (Heavy Forwarder & Aggregator /DCN Servers) validation to ensure Splunk logs are operating as expected after change implementations.
