II. JOB PURPOSE

To formulate Operational & Business compatibility strategies for a New Hospital which can Maximize Revenue & Growth.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- To demonstrate the ability and skills in handling Business Acumen, Analytics, Financials insights, Data Interpretation and presentation.
- To assist in ensuring timely preparation of MIS & Presentations.
- To ensure Strategic inputs in revenue & Cost reporting.
- To present insights of actual expenditure against budgets & perform variance analysis / Gap-analysis.
- To Analyse all types of costing of products and tracking of cost & revenues.
- To create Competitive Business Analysis to identify any criticalities.
- To develop the operations' team capability by upgrading their skill sets & by your inputs.
- To ensure timely and accurate reporting of MIS and assist in budgeting exercise with value proposition.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.




- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
- Timely and accurate MIS generation
- Compliance with NABH & IMS guidelines
- Assisting Head Planning, Head- Finance & Accounts CA & RD in operating within budget costs and navigating business

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications

CA or ICWA. PGDBM / MBA with specialization in Finance / Analytics will be desirable.

Experience

7 to 15 years of relevant experience
