- Manual & Automation functional testing, but not limited to Java+Selenium, Robo framework...etc.
- Functional (acceptance criteria, exploratory, scripted etc.) and non-functional requirements (accessibility, performance, security etc.) for business-critical platforms.
- Create and present E2E test strategy, test plans, test approach, test cases, status and test summary reports to relevant business, internal and external stakeholders.
- API (Integration) testing knowledge with experience in API testing tools such as Postman/SoapUI, Karate.
- Ability to design and configure an Agile testing pipeline in a CI/CD tool (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo) in tandem with test management tools like JIRA.
- Efficient in data testing practices but not limited to Metadata flow, Test data setup, Migration, Conditioning, Privacy…etc using shell, Python scripting in Oracle, Hadoop. MongoDB…etc.
- Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests logged in JIRA.
- Understanding and implementation of correct source control and branching strategies using Git.




- Ability to see the big picture involving multiple complex upstream and downstream applications in Credit Card Servicing area but still pay attention to the smallest detail.
- Robust analytical skills to constantly communicate with multiple business/technical teams on agile requirements, draft test artifacts and constantly adapt them as per release cycles.
