Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, JSP, and Servlets
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
- Work with databases to write efficient queries and manage data
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets
- Experience with J2EE frameworks (Spring, Hibernate is a plus)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere)
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Understanding of MVC architecture
