Role & Responsibilities

Responsibility-
- You are a systems thinker and storyteller who has a passion for innovation and turning ideas into reality.
- 8+ years of experience in design technology, UX engineering, web development, design strategy or related field
- Experience in front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and ReactJS. Experience with Firebase or other backend frameworks is a plus.




- Proven track record in pushing the boundaries of user interface design through experimentation, developing new tools and processes, and partnering with design, engineering, data science, and research teams.
- Organized, self-directed, productive and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
- Develop functional prototypes to inspire, advise, provoke, and lead the organization through provocations and proofs of concept that show whatâÃÂÃÂs possible.
- Expertise in storytelling and communicating concepts for executive-level audiences.
- Lead the development of principles, standards, scalable practices, frameworks, and libraries in prototypes and motion in service to design.
