ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)

As a Zonal Lead – Consumer Durable Loans at Muthoot Fincorp Limited, the incumbent will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving the growth of the Consumer Durable Loans business across the assigned zone. The role involves developing and executing business strategies to achieve sourcing, disbursement, profitability, and portfolio quality objectives through effective management of Area Leads, branch networks, and dealer partners. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding the dealer ecosystem, strengthening partner relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring consistent business growth across the zone.



The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and deliver a superior experience to dealers and customers while driving sustainable and profitable business growth.

Business Growth & Performance Management
- Drive business growth across the assigned zone through branches, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute zonal business strategies to achieve sourcing, disbursement, profitability, and market penetration targets.
- Monitor business performance across all areas and ensure timely interventions to address productivity gaps.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.

Dealer & Partner Network Management
- Oversee dealer empanelment, activation, engagement, and productivity across the zone.
